LAKELAND, Fla., Aug. 11, 2021 — To help slow the spread of the coronavirus, Publix Pharmacy is administering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to eligible individuals ages 12 and older at all in-store locations in Brevard, Duval, Orange and Polk counties in Florida. No appointment is necessary. This is the first time the company is offering the Pfizer vaccine to customers.

Publix Pharmacy to provide Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine booster …
Starting Saturday, Sept. 25, all Florida in-store Publix Pharmacy locations will begin offering the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. Booster doses will be provided on a walk-in basis over the weekend as vaccine becomes available at each store; however, appointments can also be made through the company’s online reservation system for times starting Monday, Sept. 27.
Publix provides the Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines, subject to availability. This includes the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 5 – 11.
